Linds and The Busy Day

Today was a very very busy day...Got up, fed Jordyn and got the heck out of the house so I could hit a ton of stores and get my hair cut. Then I had to go home, get Jordyn fed and down for the night and am still running running running trying to get everything together for going to Sunnyside tomorrow.

So instead of writing too much...I'm out.

Linds and The Trick or Treaters

Let's get this out of the way. 1) I very much dislike kids who do not make an effort to dress up for Halloween and then expect candy when they ring your bell and 2) When I turn off my porch light, the walkway light, and my kitchen light, DO NOT come ringing my doorbell...WHAT THE HELL? Seriously kids these days are greedy and stupid.

However, another night is done. Spent the entire day just nursing Jordyn back to health. Little cutie has a viral infection--Just when I think we've kicked her fever, her Tylenol wears off and it's back. Nothing too drastic, but still no fun. She's been amazingly great though---took a nice hour long nape this morning, then we took a 2 hour nap on the couch and then a short 45 min snooze later in the afternoon...She was definintly ready for bed though at 8! We've been keeping her up later to prep for the time change---Chad and I have a bet going. I don't think she'll make it past 6 tomorrow morning because of the "Fall Back"--Chad thinks 6...HA! We'll let you know!!

Other than that, nothing much to report other than I think I'm coming down with what Jordyn has and that will not be good...We shall see what tomorrow brings!

Linds and The Sick Day

First time blogging---and too tired to write much. Experienced the first time her baby was "really" sick (i.e. fever, cranky, coughing)...not fun for her, but a great bonding experience for the family. She's feeling better, we're keeping an eye on her fever, and Chad and I are curled up on the couch watching Monk, so I am out!
